Tim D. Cain is a partner in the firm. He was admitted to the bar in 1986 and is admitted to all District Courts and Federal District Courts of Oklahoma and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit.

Mr. Cain has taught continuing education courses to attorneys and insurance adjusters on a variety of topics, including Trying the Automobile Injury Case, Uninsured Motorist Law, Insurance Bad Faith, Insurance Coverage and Claim Handling. Mr. Cain has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
